In my work with clients since 1982, it’s been my experience that everyone has the capacity to do this. The process is surprisingly simple, although not always easy.

The practical strategies I teach help you to identify and access your innate abilities (I call them your Signature Strengths) so you can step into a new level of success on your own terms when you speak confidently, relate influentially and communicate purposefully.

These strategies are the ones I developed to create my own success. I use them in my own life and have taught them to hundreds of thousands of people in my presentations, workshops, classes, coaching sessions and books for over 30 years.
